We are looking to rasie funds to invest in production costs and meet our order quantities to take Cavet to you within an reasonalbe price. Cavet is ready for mass production.

1.2 What is Cavet?

Cavet is one moped style ebike. It is integrated into motorcycle gene by fully-equipped with a electric powertrain, race saddle, superb pneumatic suspension system and safety functions. To bring every riding safely and exceptionally.

1.3 Who created Cavet?

Cavet was created by a joint team of engineers and designers with fully passion and creative ideas. Our core designers used to work for Honda Motors.We are all bike lovers!

1.4 How much does it cost?

Starting at $1499 for super early backers, $1599 for early backers, $1899 for a standard selling product.

1.5 Where can we buy it?

Initially, only available on IGG. Eventually availabe on our website.

2. PRODUCT QUESTION

2.1 what colors do you offer?

Cavet comes in Space Black, Mars Yellow, Aurora Blue.Cloud White as the special edition will be launched later on our offical website: Aspadz.com.

2.2 what sizes do you offer?

Cavet is designed to be an unisex bike and it has universal sizing to fit riders 5'2" and above. Most time you will ride Cavet as a motorbike by using the throttle.

2.3 what models do your offer?

Currently, we provide one model of Cavet 500W for US market. Cavet Lite version and All new A-Spadz Dual-Motor bike will be launching in the coming months. Follow us on INS@Aspadz to get latest news.

2.5 What motor are you using?

Cavet has a durable and powerful motor (500 watts nominal/1000 peak).Patented nylon steel gear is equipped, (4.3 times more strength than mormal gear).

2.6 How long does the battery last?

Cavet can go up to 60 miles on one single charge. The battery can also be instantly swapped out for an immediate range boost. Samsung battery capacity will keep more than 70% after 500 cycles.

2.7 What is the charger's voltage range?

110-240VAC.

2.8 What is the battery life? How to charge?

The battery life depends on various factors such as speed, pedal-assist adoped, uphill riding, terrain conditions, size of riders, etc. Normally, it can last 60 miles with the fully charged battery. It takes 4-5 hours to fully charge the battery. Rather not charge the battery whole night.

2.9 Can the battery be removed?

Yes, the battery is designed in such a way that you can change or replace. Turn the key and release battery from socket.

2.10 When battery runs out of power, Can I ride Cavet?

Absolutely!

2.11 what kind of pedal assist sensors are you using?

Cavet comes with adaptive pedal assist within 5 levels.

2.12 Will the app work with any smartphone operating system?

Cavet App works with any phone system runing IOS. Or Android. The app is free of charge.

2.13 What features are available in or can be controlled within the app?

Cavet app is one connection of the bike that more easier to control security functions and GPS tracking features by your phone. Including fault detection, speed limit setting, energy recovery level etc.

2.14 Why is my bike spec’d with a component that differs from that listed on your site?

Cavet is still in prototype stage, so some components are subject to change if we find better, more suitable replacements. Once past this stage, we will reserve the right to switch components for ones equal or higher in value. The purpose is to ensure that the customer continues get the best high value bike for the price.

2.15 What range can you get?

With pedalling, it will be UNLIMITED. With pedal assist, riders can reach 60 miles of assisted riding. Range datas are estimates that cannot guarantee every riding you will achieve them. Range will be varied by terrain, inclines, rider weights, pedal assist level and others.

2.16 What is the bike's weight?

The bike weights 68lbs/ 31kg, battery weights 9lbs/ 4kg.

2.17 What is the maximum rider weight?

It is 330lbs/150kg.

2.18 Is Cavet waterproof?

Yes, Cavet an be ridden in all weather conditions.

2.19 What is the care and cleaning of it?

We recommend clean with a damp cloth and wipe down the bike. Please avoid excess moisture and don’t leave your Cavet outside in the rain for a long period of time.

2.20 What if I am having a technical issue with my Cavet?

A-Spadz has a full service and support team to provide technical and service support online.

2.21 Do I need a license to ride Cavet?

No. Cavet set the maximum speed per regulations. Just don't forget to wear a helmet while riding!

2.22 What kind of accessories do you currently have or can I expect in the near future?

Accessories such as mirriors, bags, phone holders, cusotm decal kits are coming soon. Don't forget to follow us on INS @Aspadz to get latest news about upcoming Cavet Lite version and all new A-Spadz Dual-Motor bike.

2.23 Are you planning to offer upgrades?

Yes, we have some brilliant ideas for stretch goals. When the campaign reaches a certain funding amount we’ll unlock these upgrades! Tell your friends so we can release these faster!

3. PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

3.1 When will Cavet be delivered?

Expected shippment of first batch will start in July,2021. Delivery will be based on first come first -served strategy. The earlier you order, the sooner you’ll be riding!

3.2 How much is shipping?

$199 FLAT RATE.

3.3 Which countries do you ship to?

U.S. ONLY. (except Hawaii and Alaska) if you are located in other countries but want to buy a Cavet, please send email to Contact@aspadz.com.

3.4 Who is responsible for any additional taxes, duties or VAT?

A-Spadz team will take care of it. :)

3.5 Will the bike ship fully assembled?

Cavet will be shipped almost fully assembled (98%). A functional tool will be included in the pack. It will take you less than 5mins to put on the pedals and so on. Then enjoy your new bike！（Instruction book and an assmebly video on our page will also help with the assembly process.

3.6 Why do I have to wait longer than usual?

More than a backer, you are one of Cavet co-founders to bring this amazing bike to the world! The early support certainly helps us to keep the costs down so we can work together with the factory to produce the right amount of units, without dealing with high storage costs and other related expenses. Surely, you will get better rate than ever! We will always keep you posted with order progress!
