Brake Caliper: 2 years
Brake Lever: 2 years
Freewheel: 2 years
Chain Wheel Set: 2 years
Shifter: 2 years
Derailleur: 2 years

2.Electrical Parts

Charger: 2 years
Battery: 2 years
Motor: 2 years
Controller: 2 years
Display: 2 years
Integrated Cable: 2 years
PAS Sensor: 2 years
Switch: 2 years
Head Light: 2 years
Tail Light: 2 years

3.Wearing Parts

Wear and tear of consumable parts requiring regular maintenance (including but not limited to tires, inner tubes, brake pads, cables, housings, grips, chains, spokes, kickstand, pedals, saddles), subject to expected wear associated with normal use, so A-Spadz only provide a three-month warranty.

Replacement parts can be purchased from local store or Aspadz.

4.Shipping Damage

In very few cases, items received may be damaged during transportation. If there is shipping damage, please contact dealer or Aspadz and provide photos or videos as proof.

Note: The following conditions will be considered normal and not covered under the free replacement or refund policy:
Slight damage to the outer packaging
Slight scratches or paint chipping on the product
Bendable parts bent due to transportation
Parts or wear-prone components damaged after a certain period or use

We will not accept shipping damage claims submitted more than 7 days after receiving any product.

5.Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered by the warranty:
1.Failure caused by the user's failure to use, maintain and adjust according to the "Instruction Manual".
2.Users disassemble, repair and modify themselves, and failures caused by non-compliance with the rules of use.
3.Failure caused by improper use or storage by the user, or accident, such as collisions, fires, floods, storms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or any improper use of power sources.
4.The cost of going to other repair shops for repairs without consent.
5.Please contact us and obtain our written approval before sending any item back. Any products returned without acceptance will not be refunded.
6.No warranty card or a warranty card inconsistent with the bicycle.
7.Slight scratches or damage to the outer shell caused by logistics transportation of the accessories are not covered by the warranty.
8.Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage not caused by A-Spadz Ebike.
9.Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.

6.How to Make a Warranty Claim

All claims to this warranty must be made through A-Spadz Ebike and submitted to contact@aspadz.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product is required to be submitted alongside any warranty request.

Before making a warranty claim, you are encouraged to contact A-Spadz Ebike via contact@aspadz.com, as there may be a simple fix for your problem that does not necessitate filing a claim. Valid warranty claims made within the warranty period will be handled through A-Spadz Ebike.

A deposit is required to replace the LCD display, motor, controller, and/or battery, which will be refunded in full upon receipt by A-Spadz Ebike of the parts that need to be replaced.

A-Spadz Ebike will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers must provide this evidence by email.

Attention: A-Spadz Ebike will offer free components and replacement parts (while shipping fees are not included), and any installation fees will not be covered by A-Spadz Ebike without the after-sales team’s authorization.
